POSITION OVERVIEW:
Looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join a well established, hospital employed General Neurology outpatient practice! New outpatient clinic located on the main campus of the hospital
Terrific Opportunity for a new grad seeking experience!
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Staff: 5 Medical Assistants , 4 LPNs for Call ; Staff NeuroHospitalists Rotate Call at Hospital
Caseload: Expected to see 20-25 patients a day to start. Can see many more if desired
Equipment: 2 Nicolet / Viasys / Carefusion digital EEG Machines – approximately 800-1000 tests per year Nicolet / Viasys EMG Machine – over 300 per year Ambulatory EEG available
COMP OVERVIEW:
Base Salary Commensurate on Experience
Medical School Loan Repayment : Repay up to $200,000 in documented medical school loans ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)
Eligible facility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) : The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on Direct Loans after 120 qualifying monthly payments are made under a qualifying repayment plan while working for a qualifying employer.
Residency/Fellowship Stipend : Up to $25,000 (eligibility during final 2 years of training with up to 2 year service commitment)
Sign-On Bonus: 15% of Base Salary
